How We Manufacture Custom Skateboard Decks
Every custom skateboard deck moves through five controlled stages in our
Oceanside facility. The result is a consistent, professional-grade product —
batch after batch.

Veneer Selection
We hand-select 7 plies of Hard Rock Canadian Maple veneer, graded for strength and consistency.

Cold Pressing
Decks are cold pressed, preserving the wood's natural moisture. The result: stronger, longer-lasting decks that resist breakage better than heat-pressed alternatives.

Shaping & Finishing
Each deck is cut, shaped, drilled, and sanded to its final profile using our in-house shapes.

Custom Printing
Your artwork is applied in vivid full color and sealed for durability on the deck surface.

Quality Control
Every deck is inspected before packing. Only boards that meet our OEM standard ship out.

We're building a 3D skateboard configurator that will let you upload your artwork
and preview your deck in real time — rotate it, inspect the print, and order with
confidence, all before production begins.
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, and high-resolution PNG files. Vector formats (AI or PDF) are preferred for the sharpest print results. Full specifications and downloadable templates are available on our Artwork Requirements page.
All packages use our in-house shapes, listed in the Available Skateboard Deck Sizes & Shapes section above. Simply indicate your preferred size in the order notes at checkout. If you're unsure which size fits your project, our team is happy to advise.
Standard production time is 4–6 weeks from proof approval, plus transit time. Because we manufacture in California, there are no overseas shipping delays or customs holds on your order.
No. Setup fees are waived on all custom printed packages. The listed package price is the price you pay — there are no hidden plate, screen, or tooling charges.
All orders ship from our manufacturing facility in Oceanside, California once production and final inspection are complete. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. For larger orders or freight arrangements, contact our team.
Yes. Every order receives a digital proof showing your artwork on the selected deck shape. Production begins only after you approve the proof, so the finished decks match exactly what you signed off on.
